Our Story
The covid-19 pandemic brought about significant changes in trends and habits, especially among coffee enthusiasts. People began visiting coffee shop for daily meetings or working remotely.
We decided to create Lugna Coffee in 2023, considering the limited supply of coffee shops in Mataram. Our location is unique & hidden, away from the bustling city center and major roads, providing a peaceful retreat with a small driveway. This serene atmosphere inspired our name Lugna which means calm or serenity in Swedish.
Our Concept
Our architectural concept is a blend of industrial, tropical, and modern design with earthy tones, creating a timeless space that transcends trends and eras. Our logo represents the experience of entering our coffee shop, reminiscent of passing through the entrance gate & a long corridor, leading to the most peaceful place in city.
